Stephanie and Frank Randazzo welcomed their second baby girl to the world last week making Toby a Grandpa for the third time!
Little Olivia Chase was 8lbs 12oz and 22 inches long and was welcomed by her exited big sister Lilly!

You all will remember Frank, Olivia and Lilly's Daddy, who used to work for KCCI but is now joining the US Army! We wish the entire Randazzo family the best of luck with these two beautiful girls!
